Sport Insights is an AI-powered sports prediction and analysis platform. Our Services provide data-driven predictions, statistical analysis, and insights across various sports. Our Predictions are generated using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms that analyse historical data, statistics, and trends.
Sport Insights is an informational and entertainment service. We do not provide financial advice, gambling advice, or any form of professional advisory services. Our Predictions are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision, financial or otherwise.
Access to certain features of our Services requires a paid Subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. We offer the following Subscription options:
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to billing periods starting after the effective date of the change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
We may offer a free trial period for new users. The free trial allows you to access premium features of the Services for a limited time at no cost. The duration and terms of the free trial will be specified at the time of sign-up.
At the end of the free trial period, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable Subscription fee at the start of the first paid billing period. You may cancel during the free trial at any time without charge.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If a payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is successfully processed. We may retry failed payments and you authorise such retries.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us at info@sportinsights.com.au. Upon cancellation:
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@sportinsights.com.au with details of your request.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All Content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Sport Insights or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services and Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services or Content.
Our Predictions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sport Insights, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sport Insights and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including but not limited to any use of the Content or Predictions other than as expressly authorised in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by Sport Insights. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Sport Insights shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
By creating an Account, you agree to receive communications from us, including:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding or removing features, changing the Content or Predictions available, and updating the user interface. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services ("Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting us at info@sportinsights.com.au. We will attempt to resolve the Dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.
If the Dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you agree that the Dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Sport Insights. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of the dispute resolution provisions in these Terms shall be deemed void.
Sport Insights shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials, failure of telecommunications or information systems, or cyberattacks.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision under this section shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
The failure of Sport Insights to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Sport Insights. A waiver of any provision on one occasion shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of such provision on any other occasion.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sport Insights regarding your use of the Services. These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
All notices from Sport Insights to you will be delivered via one or more of the following methods: email to the address associated with your Account, posting on our website, or notification through the Services. Notices from you to Sport Insights should be sent to info@sportinsights.com.au.
Notices shall be deemed received when sent via email (at the time of sending), when posted on the website (at the time of posting), or when delivered through the Services (at the time of delivery).
